The Comfort series is built around one idea done properly: the bevelled armrest where your forearm meets the lower bout. Underneath the ergonomics is a well-judged instrument. The Grand Auditorium cutaway body sits between a dreadnought and a concert in size, giving you a balanced voice that neither booms nor thins out — it fingerpicks cleanly and holds up to a flatpick, which is why it's the shape most players land on when they only want one acoustic. Scalloped X-bracing keeps the top responsive, and the cutaway puts the upper frets within easy reach.
Flamed okoume is used throughout — top, back, sides and the bevel itself — for a consistent look across the whole instrument, with a purpleheart fingerboard and a bone nut, which is a genuinely welcome spec at this level. Bone transfers string energy better than plastic and holds its slots far longer.
The Barcus-Berry LX-4 preamp is fitted as standard, so it's stage- and studio-ready straight out of the case with onboard tone shaping and tuner.
