Setups, Servicing & Fretwork
Every setup is carried out by our qualified luthier and tailored entirely to your playing style. From a basic restring to a full fret level and setup, we have an option to suit every guitar and every budget.
Restring & Clean
A full restring and clean to get your guitar feeling and sounding fresh. Includes removal of old strings, fretboard oil and condition, full wipe down and polish, fresh strings installed and tuned to your preferred tuning.

Silver Setup
Our most popular service. A complete professional setup that transforms the playability of your guitar, tailored entirely to your playing style. Includes everything from the Restring & Clean plus frets polished to a mirror finish, neck relief adjustment, nut slots cut to optimal depth, string height set, intonation set, pickup height set and tremolo setup if applicable.

Gold Setup
For guitars that need the ultimate playability upgrade. Everything in the Silver Setup plus precision fret work for the smoothest, buzz-free playing experience possible. Includes frets precision levelled, recrowned, polished to a mirror finish and any loose frets reseated.

Full Refret
A complete refret breathes new life into a worn neck. Includes old frets removed, fretboard deep cleaned and conditioned, new frets installed and seated, fret edges rounded over, handmade bone nut and a full Gold Level Setup. Optional add-ons: fretboard radiusing and neck refinishing available at extra cost. Typical turnaround 7-10 days.
