Dispatch All orders are dispatched within 1 working day of payment being received.

UK Shipping We ship across the United Kingdom via Royal Mail and Parcelforce. Shipping costs are calculated by weight at the following rates:

0–1kg-£3.50

1–2kg-£3.99

2–10kg-£7.50

10kg+-£16.99

Estimated UK delivery time is 2–3 business days from dispatch.

International Shipping We do ship internationally, however international orders must be arranged directly with us before purchase. Please contact us at tdmguitars@gmail.com before ordering and we'll provide a shipping quote and confirm availability for your country.

Packaging All instruments and items are carefully packaged to ensure they arrive safely. Guitars and larger items are double-boxed where appropriate.

Damaged or Lost Items If your item arrives damaged or does not arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact us as soon as possible so we can resolve the issue.
