Taylor Guitars operates a tiered authorisation programme, certifying only a select number of repair centres across the UK to service their instruments. As a Silver level authorised service centre, TDM Guitars is fully certified to carry out the vast majority of Taylor warranty and non-warranty repairs — giving you peace of mind that your guitar is in the right hands.
Having your Taylor worked on by an unauthorised technician risks voiding your warranty and potentially causing long term damage to a precision instrument. An authorised service centre like TDM Guitars ensures all work is carried out correctly, protecting both your guitar and your investment.
